One of my favorite projects was launching TD Bank in the US. While wandering NYC, observing customers, we gained valuable insights. Recognizing the need for human connection, the campaign's success led to over 1,100 new locations along the East Coast. The films humorously address banking pain points, showcasing TD Bank's humanizing approach.
